Paradise bay is the nicest beach in Malta hands down. No wonder it's called paradise! I do not believe there is bus service. There are a few stairs to get to the beach but once you get to the beach just enjoy the clean sea and the amazing view of Gozo. The lido is also exceptional and they have very... More

We stayed in Valletta, which is so convenient for transportation. We took bus #41 or #42, which passes Mellieha Beach. The bus stops by the Paradise Bay Hotel and you really have to walk 15-20 minutes walk up to the hill to go down to the same hill to the beach. Great exercise before jumping to the water. It is... Very beautiful bay , not for the faint hearted, as to get down to it are loads of steps that you have to walk up to leave. Beach was so crowded there was barely a square inch between sunbathers. There is a cost to hire loungers and parasols. We stayed no more than an hour as it was too busy.... More

I don't know what you mean. The beach was clean, food nice and waiters and staff friendly. it was also great to get away from the chaos at Paradise Bay Resort Hotel.

It's a beautiful beach but after lunchtime it was just too crowded. There were literally inches between the towels on the beach. In fact there was so little space someone sat down next to us and had to overlap his towel onto ours to lie down. The second time we went we payed for the sun beds up on the... More

Really nice beach to spend the day at. costs to be on the lazy chairs but if your there in the summer your bound to need one! Ocean is really clean and blue. Get there early to snag the best spots! (and if your up for a bit of a laugh, you can walk around the point to another beach...its... More

Paradise Bay IS lovely, but lots of people know this and it gets very, very crowded. On a bad day it's like Mellihea Bay on a high season Sunday, but takes more effort to get to....... I'd go here off season when it might be quieter............

This is definitely the most beautiful beach in the Maltese Islands. Still worth a visit in spite of the large amount of steps one has go on returning back home

Paradise Bay is a nice beach, especially for young people. The water is crystal blue, but the beach is small and it gives the perception of a crowded one, maybe because we were in the peak of the season...

Young dynamic bay with a mixture of safe sandy beaches for swimmers and rocky adjacent inlet area for boats and watersports including snorkelling - decent restuarant and food, sunloungers to hire with umbrellas and decent parking. Access requires a walk down some stairs so not suitable for wheelchair bound visitors
