Very unfortunate that it was closed when I went to visit this church on Tuesday. However it's still worth the look at the church. It's nearby the park which it offers the great view of Mellieha bay and you can still go visit The Sanctuary of Our Lady of Mellieha!

Beautiful church with a smaller shrine beneath it and a unique underground grotto to Our lady beneath that. Fantastic architecture. The Nuns were eager to talk and inform and share their experiences. Very spiritual place.

We didn't go in to the church but from the outside it was very beautiful. It was very easy to find and there is a bus stop right outside.

Went past this on the bus and went back another day to visit. Met a local Maltese man who was very proud to tell us about some of the history of this church Fascinating and worth a visit

We were in Malta in 2014 Christmas period and one day we visited this beautiful church in Mellieha. This is located on the top of the hill, and an architectural gem. There was a firework on the New Year’s eve and we enjoyed that very much.

Quiet and very unassuming, place to reflect at. Bit of a walk to get too but worth the visit. check out all the letters from people who had been cured by this little place through prayer. Views across the country were spectacular.
