I played an afternoon round with my father in law on the south course yesterday. I haven't played the north course yet so this review is just for the south course..... It had an expensive book price, but at "twilight" after 3pm we only paid €27 for 18 holes plus €16pp for a buggy which came complete with an ice... More

We were at the Sheraton but did not play this course as the fairways did not appear to be in good shape. The greens looked fine, but for the price and quality we went to Anfi Tauro and Melonares to play

Good villas but check that ac is throughout the villa. Hotel wifi great villa wifi awful. Lots of costly extras. Hotel pools great but not heated and certainly take your own drinks. Hyper dino maspalomas good choice. Sunset level amazing in hotel. DVD library in hotel mainly Spanish choices.

Salobre Norte golf course was my played course number 436 (I know, and think of the money I have used) and what a treat it was. Narrow fairways, bold crossings over volcanic crevices, doglegs and hazards. Somebody told us that this course is not golf but I totally disagree. I enjoyed it tremendously. The driver was often best left in... More

Lying very close to our holiday resort (Meloneras), the course was accessible. The general layout of the course was very nice, with varied layouts and challenges. The resort seems to encourage driving with buggy cars. The first and 18th hole are a good walk from the club house area. I only played the South Course, but would love to og... More

We played Salobre as the second of five rounds at different courses whilst on Gran Canaria. The administration was very efficient with our booking and it was easy to hire buggies and get started on our round. Stunning vistas are with you on practically every hole, a real pleasure to travel around it. The course itself has some great features,... More
