The Old Course Salobre is a nice course with good design. The Course is recommend to be played with buggy but I myself and my Husband played by foot with trolleys. We had no difficulties as we are speedy players and fit to walk with rapid pace. We played six rounds In six days and the GPS information indicated walkig... More

There are two courses at Salobre Old and New - we played the Old course off the yellow tees. Resort is part of The Sheraton hotel - had breakfast buffet to start - very good selection but at 20 Euros a bit expensive. Buggies are a must - but no on board GPS to convert to yards as we had... More

We are very disappointed with the lack of a club house for golfers and even the terrace bar area that was open last year, is now closed so if you want to have a drink and a chat after your golf round, you can only sit at metal tables and stools in the car park which is most unappealing. Most... More

Whilst I don't play golf it seemed popular amongst golfers. The course is set amongst the hills. Easy to pop out of the hotel and you're right on the course.

We loved both the New (North) Course and the Old (South) Course. My husband enjoyed the views from the 'white' tees and the views were great, even from the 'red' tees. It is a good test of golf, even for low handicappers. The staff were very accommodating to re-book our tee times for the two days we could not play... More

Have played both courses twice. Both are worth playing. The North is more just so you can say you played it. Lots of canyons and difficult shots. You will lose balls. The south is a beautiful course very enjoyable. Lovely scenery and some good holes. On the north you must take a buggy. On the south it's better to walk.... More

This year we stayed at Salobre villas "Los Lagos", it was very nice but not as nice as the "Royal" villas we stayed in 2 years ago. Unfortunatly they where booked. In the Royal you have your own private pool and nicer outdoor furniture. I would not recommend the Los Lagos villas nr 36-40 if you have difficulties walking up... More

Very good golf on the Old Course (holiday golf) but the New is a trial. Short and straight is probably best for there. Overall experience very good. Watty

We are staying at the resort it's tied to so we walked the area but did no play a round this time. Beautifully kept grounds, surrounded by hills and mountains. The course looks extremely challenging with more rises and turns the further you go back.

played this course recently at a cost of 104 euros with buggy. Not worth the money at all, 60 euros with buggy would be a decent price Course itself has a few really good holes and a few terrible ones.
