Although this church is not too visually attractive when viewed from: the outside, once inside its a totally different story. It reveals a stunning interior worthy of the grandest cathedrals.A beautiful ornate ceiling awaits those who enter and the perrimeter is adorned with wonderful statues. The main alter is beautiful. This place of worship is worthy of a visit if only to sit and... Worth a visit, not that grand though. If planning a visit follow the street signs, we didn't and went up and down loads of little streets before we found it. Not a wasted visit though.

What a lovely church. The candles burning near the entrance are mesmerizing. The statues are beautiful and the church gives one a sense of calm and peace. It is everything a church should be

Used to be worth a visit but now seems to be just aimed at getting tourists money. Worth going in though if only to look at the ceiling!

The apse area was lovely and the church had a feeling of space though not a particularly big building. We went back another time for a concert being given by the Dore Male Voice Choir from England, we really enjoyed that and the acoustics excellent.

simple but powerful. This beautiful church is only lit by visiters willing to pay 1eu to put the lights on it is a very moving place, its as if you are the first to discover the amazing ceiling...the statues and paintings ooze the character of the people in their sense of worship,a truely hallowed place.Breathtaking experience.

This is not a gold-studded baroque wonder but rather a simple (for the most part) stone church. It is all the better for that. This Old church is full of memories for us and the chance to light a coloured candle and leave it burning in memory of our mum and friends felt lovely.

This chiurch is in the centre of Tossa and has superb ceiling and alters, very quiet and peaceful. So much history attached to it.

I'm by no means an active churchgoer, but there is something about this place that I always have to come here a couple of times when visiting Tossa. The tourist information office gives information on it as follows: The neo-classical parish church of Sant Vicenc was built between 1755 and 1776 at a time when the former 15th Century church...
