We did the four hour kayak/hike tour combination this weekend, and it was excellent. Erica was a fantastic guide - very knowledgeable, patient, and upbeat... even though it rained through much of the tour. I would highly recommend this as a way to experience the fjord away from some of the more touristy places in town.

Don't miss this! This activity was our favorite in all the 2 weeks we spent in Scandinavia. Our guides, Kate and Erika, were fun and knowledgeable. We stopped for breaks and stories along the way and just enjoyed the amazing views while on the water. There was also a short but steep hike up to a waterfall. Would do this... More

Flåm as a town is super commercialized and a bit touristy and not great, but Njord kayaking is a gem. What an awesome way to take in the fjords - by being fully in them. You take about a 3 hr casual paddle that takes you along the edge of the fjord so you can really see the magnitude of... More

We had a Polish girl give is the tour, she explained everything throguhfully and knew everyone by name in the group. Very personable and helpful. Forget the fjord safari, go for the Kayaks for a more up and close and personal experience with the Fjords. Full training, a gear supplied. Just bring your snacks and some water. Full safety Lessons,... More

This was a very enjoyable tour, with a great experience of the Fjords, and very nice and professional instructors. We did the tour with a small child (5yrs) and it was just perfect. The instructors care a lot, and the fact that they speak several languages made us feel even more comfortable. Thanks a lot.

We took the Old Kings Path Tour with Erica and had a wonderful time! The four of us (our kids are 19 and 24) really enjoyed the kayaking and even though it was a very foggy day, the scenery was spectacular! Erica was very informative about the surroundings and had many interesting stories about local legends. Would highly recommend this... More

We took 4 hour kayaking tour with Erica the most wonderful tour kind - kind to our children age 15, 13 and 7 and full of interesting stories and knowledge. Our 7 year old did get a bit tired but made it to the end - plus we all got soaked - bring change of clothes for afterwards. We all... More
