Downingbury farm shop

Very good farm shop. Lots of local produce. But also freezer with lovely meals, and the best hash browns! Usually a good selection of beers.

I love this farm shop as it has a lovely choice of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as meat, cheese and other delicious items. It's very convenient and the parking is free. You can also pick your own fruit here.

For years I have been coming to pick strawberry to make jam. The farm is clean and there is small playground for children. There are raspberry, blackberry, plum etc. in the farm shop there is plenty of fruits and vegetables for you to buy if you don't want to PYO. I love this farm.

I wouldn't have known this farm was so close to us if I hadn't of googled local pick-your-own. I'm surprised there are no pick-your-own signs on the main road to pembury. I'm sure they would be inundated if they did. Fabulous little farm with amazing produce at great prices and a wonderful pick your own which kids will love on... More

Downingbury Farm feels very run down and desparately needs a makeover. Most of the produce, especially the strawberries also seem very expensive compared to the supermarkets. The shop also seems to have gone donwhil recently. It is a shame as so much more could be made of the site.

I like the idea of buying local produce and they have a nice selection here. Also, in season, you can pick your own which is always a nice idea. They have some frozen foods too and you can usually get what you want here. Worth a look, and the prices are comparable as well.

Downingbury Farm is a terrific farm on the edge of Pembury village that boasts a great farm shop as well as a pick your own service for fruit when it's in season. The farm shop boasts a good range of produce, the majority of it locally sourced, and is staffed by a really friendly team. Downingbury Farm is a great... More
