The visit of the caves was great. There is so much history and a helpful leaflet in English was offered to those who couldn't follow the guide in Dutch. I would highly recommend the onsite restaurant. Staff are friendly and genuinely try to be helpful.

5 Euro fee, but worth it if you enjoy history. all signs are in Dutch & English. The castle ruin & areas are well described on the signage. Elevator is available to the hillside ruins or just climb the steps. Make sure you have good walking shoes, some areas have dirt, gravel &/or pebble paths.

Tour guide was excellent - his English was good and he swapped between english and dutch. Tour took about an hour. Saw bats who hibernate in the caves during the winter. Ticket took us into the Castle as well.

Well worth the 9 Euros. It was in Dutch but there was an English explanation on paper, which was enough. I really enjoyed the caves and the ruins.

The cave was awesome - light displays, stalls selling Christmas decorations etc., places to eat/drink, displays of nativity scenes, Santa and his reindeers 🎅🎄. You have to give plenty of time as it took us at least 2 hours and didn't see it all! Absolutely magical experience... Have booked to go again this year 😊

The caves were full of market stalls with Christmas scenes in small spaces. They were much larger than we thought and went on for a long way, well worth paying the 5 euro to get in. Unfortunately the castle was not open on the day we went, but having been before I'd say that it is one of the things... More

Did these caves with rail discoveries well worth a visit, we were there on a week day so it wasn't to bad with people. I would suggest going in the caves asap don't leave it to long as crowds soon build up. Lots to see in there and lots to buy for all budget types. Some beautiful cafe's and restaurants... More
