Loved this being a bit of a history buff, lots of information boards which was very good and amazing buildings and views when you get to the top! The climb is not that bad just take your time and enjoy the views.

Second visit to lindos, first time our honeymoon june 2012, very hot but late afternoon to visit the amazing Acropolis was well worth it, stunning views from the top were outstanding.. and recent visit oct 2014 was much cooler... Loved it not so keen on the walk up though. The views were great and you walk through the lovely village

Its got to be visited, no matter how painful the walk up there is. 6 euros in, looks a bit like a building site, long, steep, hot walk, but its got to be visited. Just one of those things.

A long walk to the top if you are unable to walk far but well worth a visit if you can. At 6 euros each we felt this was very good value for money and the views are superb

We went to the Lindos Acropolis on a scorching hot day. The climb is not for the feint hearted but I urge you to brave it out and don't use the "Lindos Taxis" (donkeys). The donkeys are adorable but you will get a more cultural view by taking your time with a walk, at least one way. On the way... More

We visited this place as one the additional excursion during our recent Cosmos tour. The view is out of the world. You can see the beautiful Lindos beach with clear blue waters, the whole town and the magnificent ocean. It is basically an old temple built in the 4th BC on top of the hill. We really loved the view... More

A nice walk up, the views are well worth it! The ruins give you a great idea of how it once must have been. Your imagination will flow :-)

Don't forget the anti-moz either as there are some biting insects up there keen to eat. Some of us went up by donkey (seemed well treated and well fed) while others walked. Wonderful atmosphere of ancient Rhodes, amazing views and carvings. Be warned though the marble has become highly polished and slippery underfoot so wear trainers not sandals with smooth... More

A highlight of Lindos. If you are not able to walk up all of the steps, you can actually trek up by donkey! A must see.
