Whilst most of Rhodes is far from the "typical" blue and white buildings you normally associate with the likes of Santorini and Mykonos, the village of Lindos provides this in a snug feel. The village is cool and has lots of offer from traditional to modern aspects, particularly with a large number of clubs and bars. Be wary of the... More

Nice beach just in the centre of lindos. Very busy though and i prefer to have more space. Be sure to bring cash because the restaurants nearby dont accept credit cards. There are sunbeds for rent, 8€ a day.

Beatifull village with poor donkeys. Stupid tourists that ride the donkeys all day long. The village itself is nice. A lot of tourist shops, but if you look 'through' them, you see the wonderful buildings.

Small and nice village, nice acropole and huge tourist trap... The view of the village when you arrive by the road is beautifull. The whites houses down and the fort up there - looks great. If you are in July/August - avoid getting in the village - it is over crowded. If you came with kids, they will like to... More

We spent a week in Rhodes, Lindos renting a private villa, and we had a time of our lives! The beaches and clean, stunning, the village is full with nice restaurants, and the Acropolis is just fantastic. The scenery around our villa in Navarone Bay was just breath taking.. It can be a bit expensive, so shop around for places... More

Even if one does not have the strength to climb to the ancient Acropolis, just walking through the streets is a treat. Lindos is filled with boutiques and charming little restaurants.
