Worth the walk to find next to the bullring. Well excavated with some beautiful painted walls and mosaics. Don't bother with the adjoining burial museum though unless you are really into that sort of stuff!

Very nicely showed how were Roman bulidings (dwelling and shrines) built and organzed. A number of well preserved mosaics.

We were so impressed with the quality of the Roman villa. You can also visit the columbariums. Merida has done well.
