Welcome to our family-owned bodega, devoted to recovering the history of one of the world´s best known wine regions, famous from time immemorial for its fine wines. Over a decade ago we decided to "row upstream" and place our confidence in creating a unique red wine in a region dominated by white grapes. After an excellent premiere by our signature brands Garum, Samaruco and PetitVerdot, we´ve gone on to set ourselves new challenges. We have already developed a wine aged underwater in amphoras and have also made wines with ancient, regional varieties that had neared extinction, such as Tintilla and Palomino negro. Together with this, our first Jerez wine with natural alcohol content is already ageing in American Oak casks.

I was visiting Jerez with some friends & wine colleagues and we wanted to visit a vineyard other than a sherry bodega so we chose to visit Louis Perez. We are so glad we did. After a very informative tour around the vineyard and winery we were lead to a beautiful room for a tasting of their wonderful wines and... More

My friend and I decided to book a tour on one of our two days in Jerez and still maintain it was one of the best parts of our entire two week trip through Andalucía. Virginia was our guide through the history of the bodega, and the vineyard, and even the wines of Jerez and España. She told us so... More

We visited the Bodega on a holy day in Jerez and despite that they were able to accommodate our visit. The host was Virginia who has excellent knowledge of the process and the wines. It was more than we could expect, educational, not rushed and the wines themselves were exceptional. Don't miss this trip. We 100% will return. Thanks Virginia.

We arranged for our trip through our hotel at quite short notice with no trouble whatsoever. The Bodega is a short taxi ride from the City centre The lady giving the tour (Virginia) was very charming and really pleased to show us round. We were in a small party who's common language was English. The tour was very interesting and... More

We had an excellent visit, highly recommend. Connected with Virginia via email & we were on a "private tour" in less than 24 hours. The hospitality, knowledge, exlconinox value and quality of the tour/tasting are the best I have seen. Including time with the owners & decision makers. Great value and time investment. My wife and I bought a couple... More

We arrived on a very rainy afternoon. Virginia took us on a tour anyway. We even managed to go to the vineyard when the rained stopped for a little while. She made us feel so welcome!! We were served tapas with wine at the end. We could not have asked for more. Thank you Virginia!!

We arrived spontan at the Bodegas Luis Perez, lucky for us they had free time for a tour as we missed to contact them in advance what is usually recommended. The Bodegas offers a very nice and interesting tour where you learn a lot about the passion of producing a very good red wine.

Excellent tour of the vineyard. Very interesting and informative in English. We booked in advance and ourselves and another English couple were taken round with the Spanish people having a separate tour. I can't think what they could have done to make it better. This is not a tourist mass production line but they make quality wine and the tour... More
