This museum is small, but has amazing exhibitions of Danish furniture and contemporary art, and the surrounding gardens and views of the sea are exceptional. Absolutely delicious if typically expensive lunch in the gem-like cafe.

This is a stunning modern building on a hillside with great views of Kolding fjord - reminds me a lot of the Louisiana museum north of Copenhagen with its views of the Øresund. The collection of art is interesting too, although the collection of modern Danish chairs is what really stands out here. It was also a thrill to see...

Like art? Don't miss this place (also the restaurant is a must). Great shop As well. Franciska Clausen exhibition worthwhile, but also the furniture ehibition is interesting.
I was struggling for time when I visited and only noticed the Danish chair exhibit towards the end of my visit as it was in a completely different wing of the complex. Facinating place though, I will return when I have more time.
On this Museum, there is always a new kind off art, every time is a special experience, sometimes it is both for children and adults
This art museum is well situated with a fine view, and a modern and well organized building, the exhibbitions I have seen have all been very interesting, sometimes they have been in co-operation with the Koldinghus exhibtion.
A great collection of contemporary art located in the suburban area of Kolding. I was astonished by the huge selection of chairs and other designs - it was a great starting point for my school project and also for my personal experience. In addition, as you go out to the back garden through the cafeteria, a beatuiful view unfolds to...

this is a quiet but large museum- the highlight was the tour of the Arne Jaconsen pre-fab summerhouse has been moved to the grounds. I think the tour is given three times a day by a guide and permits you to walk and even sit and in the spaces- this is MUST visit for those interested in Jacobsen's work.
