Usually, the gardens are botanical, because the focus is on plants. This garden is called "geographical" and it is indeed one. Structured by areas of our lovely Earth, it brings you to the mood - whether you are in Japan or China, you can feel the difference.

This is a lovely garden in Kolding. It has walking trails, grassy spaces, lovely outdoor plants, an indoor greenhouse with magnificent Camelias, picnic tables, play areas for children, and even a mini zoo with exotic birds and farm animals. During summer they hold events regularly , like informative garden talks, concerts and weekly family grill nights. The entry fee is... More

A place to relax, and for folks with natural interest at heart. Has husbandry, rose collections, and spices sections as well as a glass botanical for the tropical plants.

We were looking for some typical Danish fare. Service was very slow and only one other table in the restaurant was occupied. Wine reccomendationwas good but expensive (ask the price before accepting a reccomendation). Meal was OK but not as "Danish" as we were looking for.

Just a very nice relaxed park to be with some few animals as well and some minor fun for the kids. Good place for a picknick if you are in the area of Kolding.
