This is a lovely park to visit at any time of the year. It's a little out of the town so you need a car to get there, but a local bus to Strathaven will drop you off at the gateway. My daughter in law was looking for the admission gate to pay to get in and couldn't believe it... More

Ok yes, food nice and activities for kids on. Pleasant staff. Only grips as usual is that someone sweeps the floor . I hate food on floor of eateries. Otherwise all good.

this park is one of very few open air spaces left in east kilbride, and it is such a shame as the council would appear to be loosing interest in it,damaged paths ,overgrown on pathways ,generally un loved ,in comparison to ie rouken glen, queens park etc very poor.

Enjoyed the trip in the park, however a big let down was the courtyard cafe. It was a lovely sunny day and we thought it would be nice to sit out in the sun and enjoy a spot of lunch. It was terrible. soup and a sandwich £5.50 the soup was like dishwater and the sandwich was soggy - couldnt... More
