We visited with our 10 year old and 13 year old and had a brilliant time! The staff were very supportive, gave us a solid safety briefing before letting us loose on the course. We had a great time on the tarzan swings, zipwire and completed the course in just over 2 hours. Water stations along the way were appreciated... More

From the on-line booking t othe ride itself everything was very smooth and user friendly. A very good location and you get a varied ride experience with excellent guide/tutor.

When the Go Ape website had problems with my booking I was hoping it wasn't a sign of things to come. Thankfully customer services on the phone were superb and sorted everything out. We arrived at the location and got a friendly welcome and a good safety briefing. The training from the member of staff was good and inspired confidence.... More

My second visit to go ape but a different location. I don't like heights so have always been dragged along by someone else. If you do it you get a great sense of achievement. At times I was almost enjoying myself. The staff were friendly and efficient. The whole set up inspires confidence. I would imagine it's not much fun... More

Great experience on the Segways, but what made it even better was the amazing customer service. The guy taking us around on the Segways was very friendly and understanding and didn't make us feel like idiots which is great as a leader of a group! Would recommend to anyone :)

Did the Go Ape course in Bracknell as a 3rd date outing....we had such a fun day and really got to know one another....had a good laugh. Perhaps not too good if you are completely scared of heights, and you should have some physical fitness....and trust the harnesses when you go on the zip wires which are exhilarating. Only downside... More

Great fun, but not for someone who isn't physically fit or scared of heights. The instructors were knowledgeable and made sure we were all happy before letting us go off on our own!

We'd booked the high level tree experience for 1 adult and 2 x 11 year olds but for various reasons, we couldn't spend the 2-3 hours the trip takes. The crew at Go Ape couldn't have been more helpful when, a few days before, I converted this to a Segway tour of the forest. There is a minimum weight of... More

Amazingly organised, great friendly staff. Worth the money and fun for all ages. Really don't have a single complaint. Apart from the area, Bracknell is the biggest dive - Go Ape but Go to another location.
