Owner description: Come and visit Paradise Wildlife Park, the most interactive zoo in Britain. Based at Broxbourne in Hertfordshire, we are open all year round, every weekday and weekend! The brilliant design of our enclosures means that you can meet some amazing animals face to face! We have a huge collection of over 400 animals including the best collection of big cats on display in Britain. Our cats include: white tigers, white lions, Amur tigers, Sumatran tigers, African lions, snow leopards, leopards, cheetahs and ocelots. We also have penguins, meerkats, monkeys, gibbons, lemurs, zebras, tapirs, wolves, wallabies, reptiles, birds and much, much more! We are unique because you can touch and even feed many of the animals in the Animal Park by purchasing one of our specially prepared animal feedbags. Have fun in one of our five adventure playgrounds, at the daily shows and at the meet the keeper sessions.

Walking slowly around the park, reading about all the fate of the future of these animals, makes you realise we need to do something to safeguard them. White Tigers, Snow leooards are top of the list but....spend 30 minutes with the Meercats or any other animals ( penguins, lemurs) and you realise what a great job is being done by... More

whilst not outstanding, there is a lot for children to do here. Some of the animal enclosures were small.. We come from Kent and are used to the wonderful natural and large areas devoted to the animals at the Aspinall parks of Port Lympne and Howletts. Some of the enclosures at Paradise were overcrowded and the animals looked bored. Food... More

We have been to this zoo quite a lot now and although not a lot has change it is still a very pleasant park. We saw the white lions and white tiger in the their houses so they were very close to us and we got an amazing view. Some of the enclosures are a bit small particularly the lions... More

Me & my partner have been here twice now, we love the fact that you can get up close to the animals & even feed them, we stroked & fed zebras, tapirs, deer, alpacas, ouessant sheep, reindeer & small deer. The bird enclosure was good, loved the crow(well intelligent, I called it over & it came & I spoke to... More

We had a great day out with our friends and their three year old daughter. The park is big enough to house some wonderful animals but small enough to keep a young child happy. The set up is really well thought out and the tiger top cafe was the highlight of the day. Not only was the view of the... More

The animals have little space,in some cases partly concrete or similar and look bored.Reptiles are in tiny compartments in tacky mock Angkor Wat building. The place should be closed.

Check out their feeding time! We got the opportunity to feed the lorikeets and see them feeding the big cats. They also have friendly macaws and parrots who can say Hello! It's best to bring your own food as the burger/sandwich weren't that great. They also have picnic spots.

Visited the Park with partner for a 'Feed the Meerkats' experience bought as a present. Arrived as arranged around 3pm for our 3.15pm appointment. The young lady on the desk was helpful and welcoming and explained that we may have the experience on our own or with another couple just depended on the animals and what were on show and... More

I must visit this place at least 4-5 times a year and have the most amazing time every visit. The way the park is set out/up gives a unique and wonderful insight into the wild animals. I have never been bored or felt rushed when visiting this park, and find the animals incredibly well looked after. Its also a fantastic... More
