Description: Come and visit Paradise Wildlife Park, the most interactive zoo in...
Come and visit Paradise Wildlife Park, the most interactive zoo in Britain. Based at Broxbourne in Hertfordshire, we are open all year round, every weekday and weekend! The brilliant design of our enclosures means that you can meet some amazing animals face to face! We have a huge collection of over 400 animals including the best collection of big cats on display in Britain. Our cats include: white tigers, white lions, Amur tigers, Sumatran tigers, African lions, snow leopards, leopards, cheetahs and ocelots. We also have penguins, meerkats, monkeys, gibbons, lemurs, zebras, tapirs, wolves, wallabies, reptiles, birds and much, much more! We are unique because you can touch and even feed many of the animals in the Animal Park by purchasing one of our specially prepared animal feedbags. Have fun in one of our five adventure playgrounds, at the daily shows and at the meet the keeper sessions.

Not a fan of zoos really but came for my daughter. Was at least expecting to see animals in reasonable sized enclosers but was distressed to see beautiful big cats living in tiny concrete pens especially the snow leopard. Also a crow in a tiny cage really? They stated a lot of the animals were sociable but seemed to be... More

Visited for the second time in ten years to give our youngest grandaughter a good day out. Found the attractions as good as before with better displays and more play areas which we left till last. She had a busy, informative and entertaining day.Our only criticisms there could be more attendants to answer queries and better signage generally especially getting... More

Recently visited with my 2 children and they had a great day we stayed for 7hours ! And they would have stayed longer had we not had to be somewhere else . So much for the children to see and do and even during school holidays it's so big that it doesn't feel overcrowded . The only reason why I've... More

This place had plenty for everyone - for kids there were play areas as well as all the animals. You could learn as well as watch - and there were plenty of places to picnic - or buy food and drink. We are a middle aged couple and, as a treat, paif extra to feed a white tiger by hand.... More

What a fantastic place this is! Lots to do for all ages especially the younger ones with loads of things to do. The wildlife was a great sight, a vast collection from tigers and lions to red pandas and tapirs they also looked content and relaxed. Theirs also a woodland walk which takes you away from it all,a track that... More

Although the park has changed considerably since I last visited nearly ten years ago, I was not happy to see so many miserable and stressed out looking animals. Big cats pacing up and down was horrible to see and I can't believe that this occurs at such a popular and well renowned establishment.

Great - Well Worth the Trip! Great zoo. Fantastic animals, well cared for and in good conditions. A truly world class collection of big cats (tigers, white lions, leopards, jaguar etc). Much less crowded than London zoo and a very pleasant morning or afternoon out!

My boyfriend bought me a feed the lion experience. When we got there, they gave me the choice to switch and feed a tiger instead if I wanted. I ended up choosing the white male tiger and he was such a lovely animal. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had. The keeper who goes with you... More

The whole day was exciting from start to finish. Lots of animal shows and talks to entertain. Also, several feeding times to watch including ours! Hot dogs at Sizzling Sam's were very good. An all round great value for money day out! We had a lovely time!

Me wife bought me this as a christmas gift. Although it rained all day we had an enjoyable day with one of the Big Cat keepers who took the group around the cat sanctuary/enclosures. He was very knowledgeable and let us have as much time at each enclousre as possible. The tea was in a room overlooking the Tiger enclosure... More
