Our party of 11 visited on a Saturday afternoon, we pre booked, but we were the only ones there! The restaurant is lovely, full of atmosphere. The food was very tasty, with a variety of dishes. Unfortunately, 3 courses took over 3 hours, and as I said, we were the only ones in!

I had 2 pints of Rivet Catcher and my friends had various mixed beers I forget their names. They were fairly priced and were good quality real ale. I've been in before with the wife... More

We had been to the pub a few times and had been meaning to visit Barnett's at The Isis on the floor above and if we'd known just how good it was we would have certainly gone before. It is in a beautiful old room and the food is cooked by a brilliant young chef and the service was great.... More

The food is fab and the atmosphere is great. Its presented lovely. Live music and a large range of real ales. The pub is much larger than it looks from outside.
