We returned recently from our visit to 'Hallowe'en' Disneyland and it was just fantastic. We took my two children aged 11 and 8 yrs, and they both still had the 'wow' factor at it all, plus they were tall enough to enjoy all the rides except for possibly two which is a bonus when you're paying out so much for... more

I guess this just agrees with many other reviews - once the American parks have been experienced, this really is a poor second best. There really is no comparison of the general state and cleanliness of the parks, the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the rides. Eating in the park will just about bankrupt you and the... more

We went to DLP on 21st Oct, staying at the Santa Fe Hotel. The hotel was lovely, no complaints! We were in the Disney Park for 8am which was worth it. The rides were good, the kids loved Buzz Lightyear. We took some snacks with us, which saved some money. We ate at Cafe Mickey, the food is discusting! lots... more

Getting there - Eurostar and TGV trains - both excellent. Cannot fault either. Hotel - Dream Castle - excellent rooms, good location, clean, nice pool, good breakfast but dinner far too expensive. Also because the hotels are centred around the park and everything is purpose built nothing is near so you have no choice but to eat at the park... more

Eurodisney is split into two parks. 1 - The traditional Disney style park with castle, characters etc. Whilst it looked great, there were very few characters on show except when the parades took place. It was rather busy and difficult to get on rides without queueing for over an hour. Must be a complete disaster day out at peak season... more

We went to Disneyland on a grey Friday in the off-season (early October) and had a great time. Apart from Autopia, we never queued more than 5-10 minutes, covered pretty much everything we wanted in a day (and did a few faves twice) and felt we got good value for money. The service was typically French ie unmotivated, slow but... more

We went on a package 2 ngt/3days basis for family of four. We paid £664 though this agent called quay travel which website called Disneyland Paris Direct. Have we gone 'Direct straight' to Disney website we would not have to pay 2% booking fees. So be careful when booking. We are on a full board basis and stayed at Newport... more

We visited on 22-26th October as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children, 14, 10, 3) via Eurostar from Ashford and stayed in the Newport Bay. See separate review for this. Tips for the two parks are as follows : 1. Weekends The parks are absolutely rammed at the weekend, so if you can avoid Sat / Sun... more

We booked this trip for my son's 5th birthday, we stayed in the Sequoia Lodge for 3 nights/4 days. On arrival check in was smooth and we went straight to our room to feed me one year old daughter, there was no kettle in the room which I was quite surprised about I called reseption 4 times and after an... more

We were at the Santa Fe Hotel for 2 nights which were the worst experiance that we ever had. It felt like you were living in the Geto ! There was no heat , 1/2 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom every day. Furniture looked like is was bought at a 2nd hand shop. There is no Air condition... more
