Easily accessible by air or by car, the town is a 30-minute drive from the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport and a one-hour drive from the Fort Walton Beach Okaloosa Airport. The Rosemary Beach Land Company and President Patrick Bienvenue had a vision they wanted to share with the world. In 1995, that vision became a reality and Rosemary Beach was born. Rosemary Beach Land Company’s development plan is founded in the principles of New Urbanism and Traditional Neighborhood Development. Inspired by other classic beach towns, the 107-acre, gulf-front town of Rosemary Beach was designed to bring back the notions of community, neighborhood and convenience. In other words, this slice of heaven on earth offers residents the opportunity to live and work in paradise. In their search for paradise, people often travel to the far corners of the earth, only to come up empty-handed. In reality, paradise is a lot closer than most people think. Long stretches of pristine beaches made up of the brightest of white sands. Refreshing breezes blowing off the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The peace and tranquility of gently lapping surf, singing gulls and sandpipers. These are things that have been quietly awaiting discovery in a section of Florida's panhandle. These are the ingredients that make up the town Rosemary Beach--paradise found.Residents of Rosemary Beach are lucky to not only live and work here, but also to have the opportunity to play here. When work is finished and the rest of the errands can wait, Rosemary Beach is the perfect location for a vacation. Mild year-round temperatures, yet still a change of season; spectacular beaches free from crowds; the natural beauty of a beach-side destination located on a designated scenic road; aesthetically-pleasing architecture and award-winning, expertly-designed layout; convenient and quaint town center, amenities such as tennis courts, pools, dune walkovers to the beach and lots of green areas in which to relax; these are the qualities of the new paradise of Rosemary Beach. « less

Rosemary Beach is a friendly community. It is very kid friendly. Children from neighboring towns can be seen cycling to the "Greens". Even though there were lots of visitors during spring break, families with babies and toddlers, teenagers and young adults enjoyed themselves. There are a variety of activities offered in the summer and of course, there's the West Indies... More

This company has long been a staple in Rosemary Beach. I have used their service in the past and have been pleased with it. That is no longer the case. Their rates are too high and their customer service is very poor. I was charged for chair rentals for a day of rain despite being told that if i called... More

Soft sand, beautiful town, good restaurants, what's not to like? Highway 30A is a great destination to relax and eat. I would imagine this place is very crowded during peak traveling season though.

We visited the first week of March, it was quiet and peaceful. Loved walking thru the town with all the shops and farmer's market on the weekend. The beach was clean and the water was beautiful. We definately will be back!

This beautiful village on the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico is a must see on any visit to the Florida panhandle.

Dreyer carriage house is not a good rental for a small family as advertised. TV's are twenty years old with only 8-10 channels. No WiFi. Only small half refrigerator with no freezer. Cannot buy frozen food, ice cream at store and bring back to rental because no freezer. No ice maker and half fridge stores very little. No furniture for... More

We go about every other year. Rosemary Beach is expensive but it's worth every penny. I think my kids go just for the sugar shack. Think about renting a golf cart. It's fun to drive to other beaches beach villages that are with in 1/2 mile to the west.

The town and the beach are priceless! White sand, emerald green water, cobble stone streets, how very cool it all was. Loved it!!!

Rosemary Beach is such a charming, beautiful little town situated in the panhandle of Florida. It is place that you can’t find anywhere else. The beach is picturesque with it’s clear, blue water rolling up onto the white sandy shores; just looking out over the ocean is so incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Rosemary Beach is a 107 acre gulf-front town... More

This is our 3rd time in Rosemary Beach and we love it more every time. My wife and I were hear for 2 weeks in Feb. We stayed in a small apartment over Amavida Coffee and had a great time. The location was great for just the 2 of us and in the off season. We enjoyed just walking to... More
