Description: Rosemary Beach is a neo-traditional town located on northwest Florida's...
Rosemary Beach is a neo-traditional town located on northwest Florida's gulf coast, between Panama City and Destin, at the eastern end of Scenic Route 30A. Easily accessible by air or by car, the town is a 30-minute drive from the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport and a one-hour drive from the Fort Walton Beach Okaloosa Airport. The Rosemary Beach Land Company and President Patrick Bienvenue had a vision they wanted to share with the world. In 1995, that vision became a reality and Rosemary Beach was born. Rosemary Beach Land Company’s development plan is founded in the principles of New Urbanism and Traditional Neighborhood Development. Inspired by other classic beach towns, the 107-acre, gulf-front town of Rosemary Beach was designed to bring back the notions of community, neighborhood and convenience. In other words, this slice of heaven on earth offers residents the opportunity to live and work in paradise. In their search for paradise, people often travel to the far corners of the earth, only to come up empty-handed. In reality, paradise is a lot closer than most people think. Long stretches of pristine beaches made up of the brightest of white sands. Refreshing breezes blowing off the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The peace and tranquility of gently lapping surf, singing gulls and sandpipers. These are things that have been quietly awaiting discovery in a section of Florida's panhandle. These are the ingredients that make up the town Rosemary Beach--paradise found.Residents of Rosemary Beach are lucky to not only live and work here, but also to have the opportunity to play here. When work is finished and the rest of the errands can wait, Rosemary Beach is the perfect location for a vacation. Mild year-round temperatures, yet still a change of season; spectacular beaches free from crowds; the natural beauty of a beach-side destination located on a designated scenic road; aesthetically-pleasing architecture and award-winning, expertly-designed layout; convenient and quaint town center, amenities such as tennis courts, pools, dune walkovers to the beach and lots of green areas in which to relax; these are the qualities of the new paradise of Rosemary Beach.

You can walk to everything, most people bike. The shopping is elegant and relaxed, the atmosphere is beach chic, and you will never want to leave. The party is east of here - come here to have a wonderful beach vacation with friends, family, or the girls. It is simply perfect.

This community on the beach is so beautiful! The architecture is so wonderful to look at! It's contemporary, yet beachy. The centers are so well thought out. Lots of restaurants, lots to do and entertainment at night in the square. And the beach! Gorgeous! I don't think I can stay anywhere else now.

We toured this community during a bike ride. We didn't stay here but really enjoyed our visit. The beach was sugar sand. The water was emerald green. The most intriguing part of our visit was the picturesque neighborhood. Kids, bikes, shops, families, outdoor cafes... it all carried the feel of a Charles Dickens novel meets a Norman Rockwell photograph!

When planning our vacation to this coast, we never realized that each town could be so different. We are glad that we happened to choose Rosemary Beach instead of the more developed areas. We drove to other cute towns that were quite nice, but this one had a unique charm. We ate at the tapas restaurant La Crema and rented... More

My wife and I have been coming out to the C30 area since 1998. We love Seaside and have really hit every spot and beach along this coast. Lately we have come to think Rosemary Beach has the right mix of location, restaurants, accommodations, and things to do. There is a great hotel, The Pearl, and some wonderful places to... More

Such a nice place to let the kids roam free and for everyone to relax. This trip was off-season and was pleasant because it was still lively, but not crowded. The breeze coming off the Gulf can be cooler, but it is no less beautiful. A super little farmer's market on Sundays in the park.

The beach was quiet and clean, and there are restrooms and feet-washing stations just above the sand (it is so fluffy that even if you just go for a walk, you may want to rinse off). Everyone stopped what they were doing to appreciate the sunset- was kind of wonderful standing in appreciation of something so magnificent.

The first time I visited Rosemary Beach was 5 years ago and since then I have been 6 times; therefore I know it like the back on my hand. It is located on the panhandle next to various southern beaches but Rosemary is special. It is a small community filled with beautiful houses that you can rent. It is filled... More
