Acton is Texas' smallest state park. Elizabeth Crockett, wife of Alamo hero David Crockett, rests here under a large monument. Confederate veterans are also buried here. This takes some effort to reach, but is interesting. Bring pencil and paper to do gravestone rubbings as many of the stones are now unreadable.

Small but cute cemetary. Davy Crockett's wife and family buried here. Understand descendants still live in the area
