We took the one hour trip to view the Cliffs of Moher, which is definitely recommended to complement the view from the top. The ride was certainly an experience as the boat was fairly small and rolled significantly. We were glad to be sat upstairs in the open, even if the strong wind was cool. From the top you do... Three wonderful nights on Inisheer, thanks to this ferry. Turns out one of the Captains and I have a mutual US friend - small world. The tides and weather ruled the day (I didn't get to go by the Cliffs on the return due to the winds) as I felt the crew always chose the best course and put safety... More

Despite the rainy weather, the boat departed on time, the crew was very helpful with luggage and boarding. Return trip the next day...much better weather, same friendly and efficient service back to Doolin.

So I'm from San Francisco, and I"m used to walking hills. But I hadn't been on a bicycle in 15 years, and let's just say it's a bit rough. Ladies, make sure that you bring a backpack instead of a purse, the purse will be a pain in the butt to manage on the bikes. Also make sure to pack... More

We took the ferry from Doolin and had a blast. On the way back from the island we went up to the base of the the Cliffs and the ferry spun 360 degrees to ensure everyone got a good view and photo.

With the weather being good, we tried the boat trip out to the islands. We got the combined ticket ($34) for the 2 of us and had ample opportunity to visit an island, have lunch and then an upclose view and tour of the Cliffs of Moher from the water. Awesome.

We went to see the cliffs. It was amazing and my kids had so much fun although the weather was bad. The stuff explained a lot and was very friendly. Can't wait to visit again.

We booked the 360 tour of the Cliffs of Moher with Doolin2Aran Ferries. The first part of our day was with Pat Sweeney (5 star review on that). The second part was the one hour boat ride to view the Cliffs from the water. It was spectacular. There was a bit of jockeying around by the passengers in order to... More
