Love the country park. Beautiful spot. Staff really nice and friendly and helpful. Great spot for the family young and old. Lovely walks around visitor centre and then if you feel a bit more adventurous up around rest of park, loads of freedom for kids. Love the place. Could not recommend it enough.

Great Park, with plenty of walks and multiple attractions. Great value for money considering the amount of effort gone into the park and the wide range of attractions and activities. Disagree totally with some of the reviews suggesting the park is not good value for money and not worth the visit.

Myself & my husband & 3 kids went to the country park last weekend. My kids are nearly 3, 6 & 8. It cost €15 to get in & on reflection it was worth it. This was a family day pass, kids under 12 are free and adults are usually €9 each. It takes about 5 mins to drive from... More

We went at the end of summer and our little boy is walking now, well running really. It has great little walks around the lakes. We also went through a wooded area with the historical info which was really cool. We havent done the whole area yet but there are little surprises along the way such as an assault course.... More

My kids ( aged 12 and 8 ) love this place and so do I. We've been there a few times over the past 2 years and they always ask to go back. It has a variety of gardens, rose , sensory, music and bee gardens, the kind of thing kids love. The mont des arts water feature is spectacular.... More

€15 Euro one has to pay AFTER driving through the automatic gate. You drive in to be advised that its another 4km to the free parking. Then you need a token to leave the park and that's €15 for two people. Never again.

This is surely one of the more bizarre places in Ireland. A country park in the middle of nowhere that in reality reflects the republican sympathies of the owners. The park itself, once you find it is pleasant enough with some nice walks - named after republican leaders. Some nice features are dotted around the park as well as busts... More

Plenty of car parking, good walking and off road cycling, and great visitor centre. the visitor centre has a large airy coffee shop area in the foyer and also a restaurant, and information and maps.

Unbelievable hard to find and once you go in the gate they will charge you just to look around and leave after 10 minutes. Unfriendly would be an under statement. To do business people have to like you. I would urge visitors to give this place a miss.

In my opinion the best park in north cork, lots to see and do, great if you love wild nature or cultivated gardens. The mont des arts water feature is spectacular and it has nice oddities like a giant chess board and lovely fountains. The staff were lovely and you can get teas and coffees and food, it also has...
