its a lovely quite walk, its about a mile or so to get to the cross forom the woods.. once u get to the cross u will get amazing views of feroy, ensure u bring binoculars its well worth seeing the views More

This is one of the things you must do when you come to fermoy.its not too difficult to climb and you are rewarded with a beautiful view of the town and many other areas sourrounding the mountain.there is a christian cross at the peak which at night is lit up so it can be seen by the town. More
