Lahinch Golf Course well deserves its top 40 in the world ranking as it is an amazing challenge and one of the best links courses in Ireland

This is a very good course but it is the type of course that has some great holes and then some holes you could learn to hate. There were many holes were the shots were blind shots and some of these were just too much. These blind shots made the course quite difficult. When you need someone to stand on... More

Two outstanding senior caddies made this one of our most enjoyable rounds of golf. As tough as the course is we had a great time and enjoyed the layout and scenery.

Lovely Lahinch. Like a beautiful woman; no matter how badly she treats you when you are together, you dream of her when you are apart. Lahinch is a mean course. Even well struck balls can get "lost". I'm a 12 by fair measure who lost a net 10 balls at Lahinch. Tall rough, narrow fairways. Was teeing off with a... More

I love links golf and this is up there with the best, however I played Doonbeg during my trip and Doonbeg just edged it. Great natural links course, with some very tight holes. The wind was blowing big time which only adds to the challenge and enjoyment. It was very good value at 90 euro and all food, drink, trolleys... More

A truly great links design. It is a must play on any golf trip to Ireland. Our caddies were great. The goats are really grazing on the course. Very playable for the average golfer.

Golf course was beautiful but the services such as restrooms, water, caddies etc are very lacking. For a place that relies heavily on tourism, the Lahinch golf club needs to present the players with full service. The greens had been aerified just a week before, the beverage cart did not once approach our group, the round was a five hour round due... More

From the rainbow that greeted us on the first tee, to the caddy, to the pro shop staff, this was one great golf course to see and play. What views from all parts of the course.

This was our last stop in our 7 Day Golf Package. Very nice restaurant & clubhouse. The caddies were professional and helpful.. This is a Must Stop if you come to Ireland.

I played here today...58 degrees, steady rain, wind blowing up to 40 mph....a very difficult day to play or to fully appreciate a truly wonderful course. Huge dunes on most holes...right up to the greens....hit it crooked on either drive or approach shot and you are in 7 inch green wet rough on the side of a 45 degree sloped... More
