Lahinch Surf School has stayed true to that dream ever since. My wife and I had a surf lesson last week and we had a super time. We both were a little nervous as my wife is not a big water person and I like to ensure I can always touch the sea bed with my feet... I had emailed the school a few weeks before and I received a very... More

Hi Shane Thanks so much for your great feedback. It was great to see your wife take to surfing while she was not that excited about it upon checking in:) Thanks again. Hope to see you soon. More

I did a surf class two years ago and it was a great experience except for one thing that bothered me, changing in the dirty Car Park. I walked past the Surf School two weeks ago and guess what ? Guys still changing in the Car Park exposed to the elements. Why ?

Went to Lahinch Surf School just to give surfing a go and see what it was like as I'd always wanted to try it. John and the lads were the perfect instructors and we definitely caught the surfing bug! We have been back down to John and the guys a number of times now and have taken the intermediate surf... More

We really enjoyed our lesson with Lahinch. As complete novices, and a group of 9 unathletic males, we weren't sure what to expect, especially turning up an a rainy cold day! The instructors were brilliant for us, taking us through the basics, and then letting us enjoy ourselves in the water with lots of tips on how to nab the... More

I was surfing for the first time in my life. And it was awesome! It was hard, but I still was happy because it was something new to me, interesting and now I want to surf everyday of my life. Thanks for the greatest experience ever! Instructors were so nice and inspiring(:

This has got to be one of the most amazing experiences in my life. John and Oscar were the perfect instructors and helped us catch more than a couple waves and given the size of our group (15) getting the individual chats and advise was phenomenal. They are so attentive. If your out Lahinch way, look them up!

The guys at the surf school were great! They helped us a lot, were very instructive, and they even followed your progress with every wave, while continuously giving us good tips. The suits were good and clean and they had all sizes. They even let us go shower in the Complex next door and return the suits after as it... More

Great friendly instructor which gives extremely useful tips. Good equipment. Nice place. After three lessons all of us started to surf! I would definitely recommend to get a few lessons here to get addicted by surfing.

Aching all over this morning after two days with patient Pat the instructor......anyone who can get this poor excuse of a 50 year old body to stand up on a surf board deserves a medal. We dragged ourselves out of bed Sunday morning for the best 2hour hangover cure of all time.Take advantage of the great weekend B/B deal they... More

We went as a goup of 6 to celebrate a 30th Birthday in September to Lahinch Surf School, and it was a brilliant experience. Everyone got involved from age 57 to age 6 and were very enthusiastic. We surfed for 2 days and learned a lot, I can't wait to bring return. Great place to surf whether in a big... More
