Beautiful scenery, two tough courses. Will come back for sure. Bring lots of balls if you don't hit straight :) Cashen course was a punishing walk!

Played both the old course and cashen course. Both amazing links golf courses. Everyone serious about golf should play sometime in their life!

I had the opportunity to play the Old Course at Ballybunion and boy did it live up to all of the hype! The round started off brutally - 25mph winds (gusting to 40mph) and light rain. But if you travel to Ireland to golf and aren't prepared for wind and rain, then you aren't really prepared to experience Irish Golf!... More

The Old Course is great. If you play the Cashen, take a buggy. We played 11 rounds in 6 days, and Cashen was our toughest walk.

I booked this course from Canada and this was the first Links course that my husband played at in Ireland and Scotland. The staff were amazing and the caddy was exceptional. I walked the course with my husband and he really enjoyed the day. Could not have had a better introduction to Links golf...

I played Ballybunion in June 2014 right before I was heading back to Montana. What a beautiful course! I noticed that night after playing that I had lost my wedding ring. I contacted the course and let them know that I thought it may have come off somewhere around the chipping practice area. I remembered I had practiced there without... More

Popped in here for lunch to meet with a client the view amazing , the decor a throwback to the 80's needs an influx of interior designers to maximise it's potential however the true attention needs to be to the training of staff ..... Apart from one lovely mature lady the attitude and rudeness from the staff is shocking. No... More

we played the Cashen Course on a beautiful sunny and only slightly breezy morning. It was marvelous - one more check on the bucket list. The service was spot on and everyone was most gracious.

There are 2 courses, Cashen that is really rough and tough, and the old course that is a bit more forgiving but still a great golf challenge. We were blessed with fine weather and could imagine what it would be like in wind and rain. A classic not to be missed
