The changing rooms were filthy and well weathered. Needs a huge make over. Floor was soaking wet. No where to put baby while I got changed. Pool was freezing , although did find it cleaner that changing rooms . Left after tens mins with baby because it was so cold. Will not be returning.

Kids aged 12, 10 & 3 were mad to go here, the name entices you to think its much more than it is, we were in and out within the hour after a family ticket setting us back €30. Two flumes that the kids said were ok but nothing special thats all, and yes the changing area left a lot... More

The kids just love this; there are so many areas for them to enjoy. One thing they love is The Big Wave, when an alarm bell sounds and the water actually waves!

Splashworld is disappointing for many reasons, the lazy river is so lazy it hardly moves. The wave pool wouldn't excite chick nor child and apart from all that it is so unbelievably dirty. The floors were filthy, the bathrooms smelled of stale urine, the changing cubicles were disgraceful. There was a dirty sanitary towel stuck high up on the door... More

We stayed an hour here and I could not wait to get out. Absolutely filthy dressing rooms, soggy loo roll on the floors of the loo. Hair and fluff all over the floor, my six year old refused to put her bare feet on the floor. The pool itself is very average , not great for toddlers. Avoid !

it was right across the road from hotel with a discount if resident there. great for children to cool down on hot days rather than struggle down to beach spacious and plenty of changing lockers

My two boys aged 13 and 9 loved the splash world slides and pool - it was worth the visit. There was a wave pool and it was worth spending a couple of hours here to keep them entertained. Most local hotel stays give you 25% off the cost which is very good.

We loved this. The lady at the till was warm and friendly. We had a wonderful time. It was perfect for our 2 and 4 year old. There are family changing rooms. An absolute must for little ones.

My girlfriend and I have both been going to Splashworld since we were wee young'uns, and it's still a hoot. Whirlpool isn't quite as strong as I remember, but if you want to get thrown into a pensioner by the wave machine, you're going to be causing a lot more damage than you used to! Slides are cracking, pool area... More

Lovely place with a kids pool, wave machine and slides, my children had a fantastic time. There are family sized changing cubicles, which is great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
