Should you have the time anywhere from 1hour to 1/2 a day it won't matter you will not have enough time to wander through the wonderful collection of memorabillia from times past. Complete "Country Shop" counter top and shelves will transport you back to the time when biscuits were sold directly from the glass fronted tin boxes, sugar from a... More

Really enjoyed our visit. So much to see and very well presented. Welcoming, friendly hosts who allowed us to wander at our own pace through the various sections. Wonderful to see the photographs, tools, household items and so much more. People of all ages will most definitely find something of interest here. More

We visited the museum this week and it was well worth a visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the exhibits brought me right back to my childhood, great day trip, inexpensive and a good way to spend a couple of hours. More

Having been to similar museums in the past I was not expecting much but this place is an absolute must. We were fascinated by the amount of collected items in the museum and found the title labels very useful (with us both being in our 20's) I think young and old will love this place and with the old style... This was an afternoon well spent. To be able to show my grandaughter what was in my mothers kitchen as I was growing up. To see the tools both my father and grandfather used on a daily basis. The shop display was fantastic, as was the old school room. I couldn't believe how realistic it was, from the copy books... More
