They guys were brilliant and told you alot about the area as you went along. The views were beautiful, when you could see them....there were alot of people on the boat and although we were lucky to get a seat we were unlucky to have a load off people standing in front of us so we couldn't see

We were lucky. It was a glorious day as we set sail from the Hodson Bay Hotel along Lough Ree. Our captain and guide was informative and entertaining. The scenery is spectacular. The coffee free! And we moored right beside Athlone Castle, a treasure in itself. Adults and child enjoyed this alike. Great fun.

This was a very nice cruise. The weather was amazing the day we went so this added to the experience. Got amazing photos. It is only 10 euro well worth it.

This is a lovely boat and looks very well maintained. The captain and crew are very friendly and the commentary was very informative. My granddaughter was given the opportunity to steer the boat. Unfortunately the weather was bad and it was very misty so I can't really give any other information. The trip took approx 75 mins. I am sure... More

Tea coffee & beer available on board and I was very impressed to see it was wheelchair friendly. 10/10 to all. Looking forward to sailing on... More

It's a great experience and also to know about the history of the river and the town. Really beautiful landscape, but you have to be prepare, it gets really cold because of the wind.
