Breathnachs bar made our trip! we discovered it on our first day and ate there almost every night thereafter. Great fare for Meat eaters and vegetarians alike. My wife and I recently spent two weeks touring Connemara based in Oughterard and Breathnachs became our favorite pub in town. We enjoyed the local traditional Irish music band, Ardvana, twice on Saturday night and had a great time watching World Cup soccer while sharing a pint with many of the locals.
