We opted for a 1 hour trek as my bf had never ridden before. Roger was patient and provided good instruction to him. The horses were lovely and suitable for our levels of experience. The view of Lough Corrib at the peak was beautiful and Roger provided lots of info and history of local area aswell!

We went there with a group of friends and had a blast. To this day, people from the group who had never even ridden a horse still tell me this is their best memory of Ireland. Being an experienced rider myself, I enjoyed it enormously feeling from the start that the horses were safe and nicely bred. MANY THANKS !

we visited the riding center as a last minute decision at the end of the day. In spite of the late hour and his obvious tiredness the owner Roger gave my son a very good riding leson. although we paid for half an hour Roger gave almost an hour long lesson, obviously caring deeply about what he does and exerted... My ride was beautiful and amazing! Roger is a really nice guy and was a great tour guide and gave a good history of the land. I was happy to spend his birthday with him, riding in the hills. The Connemara Pony I was riding had a very good temperament. I would highly recommend going for a ride!

I had a fabulous time with my sister trekking on two gorgeous ponies, Rosie and Terry thanks to Roger and his family. It was my first time on a horse and I learned loads, will be back again! The views were breathtaking!

This is the place to go, for scenic views that are breath taking as well as the experience on horseback. Roger, the owner, has patience as well as helps each person in the group. He goes to each person, learns your name and advises you for individual guidance for the rider. Regardless of no experience on a horse a some... More

Took our two kids horse riding here. We are total novices at horse riding and were not quite sure what to expect. Thankfully, Roger (the owner) has a wealth of knowledge and experience and our kids were very well looked after. The kids were brought to a paddock and walked around with the horses with someone holding the head of... More

"Nice 1.5-hour riding in gorgeous, rocky and hilly landscape. Could gallop to the pitch view. Was funny for our two girls, 12 and 14. Maybe a little to much road to get there for a trekking this long. Roger, the instructor is nice. Cost is €40 per people. Very amusing dogs frolicking around at the center. But please don't bring...
