About a year ago I contacted Mount Juliet to say I was very disappointed with the food that three of us had at the Presidents Bar. It really was not good and the service was quite indifferent. Mount Juliet responded well and sent me a voucher for lunch. To be honest, I was not inclined to use it as I... More

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Had an amazing hack out on beautiful trails and several brilliant canters and then a blast up the gallops. Well looked after by Elaine and the team on duty today. Loved it !

We visited on Wednesday 17th , The check in area was a complete joke, Mrs Claus was boring and un interesting, she seemed to be struggling to tell her story, and then ELF School, OMG never again would i put my children thru... We brought our daughter to see Santa at Mount Juliet on Thursday 18th December. We went last year also and as last year was good we thought we would go back but boy what a load of rubbish. The Christmas Market was closed, we couldn't understand why you would think it would be open. As we went in to see... More

Went to see Santa at Mount Juliet this week. Had stayed in Mount Juliet before on business and was looking forward to it. But what a let down! Why would they compromise their brand in this manner? The reception areas were tacky prefab buildings with minimal effort to be festive. A train ride resulted in children asking why hadn't they... More

This hotel was absolutely stunning. We were staying only one night in the Clubhouse, not the manor. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped. Unfortunately, it poured rain the entire time we were there, but we still enjoyed walking the grounds. If you're wanting to eat in the dining rooms, making reservations is important. We ate in the informal President's Lounge.... More

We stopped by for dinner at Mount Juliet after a suggestion from our host at the Abbey House B&B. After a long day of travel, we were looking for a nice meal and then to settle down. Mount Juliet sits on beautiful grounds, the meal was lovely and the setting was just what we needed. A great place to unwind.... More

I have been staying here for more than 20 years. Amazing grounds getting better and better. Wonderful rooms and great views all around. Food and service in Kendal and outside Golf Club very good ( separate building) . Main Hotel, shooting, archery, Horse trails etc, and Hotel itself seems a little understaffed. Michelin star Lady Helen room - not always... More
