The bar is on a small slant and is the original from the 1600s, imagine the stories it would tell if it could talk! The tiny stairway to the restroom was quite fun to manuever. Guinness on tap and outdoor seating. Really liked the way we were all crammed in and everyone chatted each other up.

This pub is great, the inside is very traditional and when the sun's out they have outside seating which is very enjoyable. It seems like the place to be to have a drink :)

There are so many authentic angles in The Grey Hound worth seeing and feeling and that is done by spending an hour with your pint and watching. We went on a summer's evening and sat with friends outside alongside their dogs. You cannot do that in many themed pubs today. Great atmosphere and great craic.

Had a quick drink here with friends recently. The weather was so good we got to sit outside and enjoyed the sunshine while the world went by. Very friendly staff and great location (as is everything, lol) in the centre of the town.

The locals favorite this pub, and have since 1690. Step back in history when you step inside The Greyhound in Kinsale. It is easy to imagine seamen that arrived home from the Atlantic 325 years ago, that headed straight for the pub. Many years ago the waters edge came right up to the pub, today it sits back a couple... More

Sophistication, elegance, modern, ...no! Character yes! You just have to try its charm! You have to climb those rickety stairs to the loo! but be careful, take the wrong turning and youre in a different bar..they share the same toilets! This bar is a one off, so dont miss it.

This is simply a must visit if you are visiting Cork and Kinsale. Nestled in the back lanes this original and very traditional Irish pub steps you back in time. The fact it also serves easily one of the best pints of stout I have experienced in Ireland is a bonus. Quiet (except late weekend evenings), warm and cosy, it's... More
