Barry Moloney is relaxed, charming and highly professional - his guided stroll around the centre of Kinsale helps you to see the place anew. He pointed out certain features of St Multose that I had not noticed before - surprising details that make history come alive, whether it involves 17th century swordsmen or the local outrage at the sinking of... We took the tour with Don, who paced the tour perfectly. He stopped in the right spots for my wife, who has trouble walking at times, to catch her breath and not get too tired. While he was full of information, Don told us a wonderful story rather than giving a dry lecture. It made Kinsale's history come to life... More

We spent Easter Sunday morning 2015 with Barry on the tour. What a delight. When Barry discovered that my wife and I were first time visitors with Irish Heritage, he said, "Welcome Home". His words gave us a different perspective on our visit and his brilliant tour gave us a sense of connection to the long, amazing history of Ireland... More

He encouraged questions and enjoyed giving the answers. Due to the interest and questions the tour was over an hour long. And as a wonderful touch at the end, after... More

We so enjoyed our tour (exclusively personal as we hit a good week for non-crowds) with Barry. He is a wealth of information about the historical past of Kinsale, and his easy going personality suited us perfectly! We learned a great deal about this area, interspersed with good humor and a casual exchange in which we could ask as many... More

A nicely paced, informative and enjoyable stroll of the town giving details of it's history and an insight in to how the present shape was arrived at. Very good and worthwhile.

Great morning walking in Kinsale with Barry. Fascinating and engaging talk followed by splendid lunch in Fishy Fishy.
