The tour Don offered was well worth our time. Very interesting. Don't miss this as he gave great background and history of Kinsale.

Don was extremely knowledgeable and lead a tour with a lot more history than your typical walking tour. We learned a lot about the history of the area and why the town is the way it is today, not just facts about the buildings we were looking at. If I could give one constructive criticism, I do with Don did... More

Don is a great illustrator with words, his knowledge of Kinsale was so brilliant, from the very start of the tour we were captivated. I would thoroughly recommend this tour, it really opens up the value and beauty of Kinsale.

In July 2013, not 2014, I toured Ireland for two weeks in the company of a friend who had been to Ireland before and who is passionate about the country. We went with Rick Steve's Tours and Barry Moloney was the group's guide throughout our visit. I had little to no knowledge of Ireland, but Barry soon corrected that. He... More

From the start, Barry endeared us to himself and to his beloved Kinsale. We have never been on a better one. It took us back in history to the extent that one felt surrounded by the armies during the Battle of Kinsale. You could almost hear the barrels of exports being rolled down a narrow lane to the ships, although... More

I took the early tour on a recent weekday, and was lucky enough to be the only person on the tour. Barry could have easily chosen to cancel, as the economics of a 1-person tour are not attractive for him. But he gave me an excellent and highly interactive tour. I happened upon the later morning tour, and there were... More

Barry was our guide. He was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the town and had a great sense of humor that made the stories very entertaining. He was very helpful in recommending places to eat and pubs to listen to the best Irish music.

Our family were delighted to experience Don & Barry's tour - Barry was our tour guide and he was so interesting and informative about the history surrounding Kinsale. We have a 9-year old daughter and it was very intriguing for her as well; Barry kept all of our interest levels high. We learned so many interesting aspects of the area... More

Our trip had Don as our guide. He is very personable and a wealth of knowledge. If you take this trip, you are going to learn a lot! Don will tell you about the historic importance of Kinsale as well as the development of this beautiful little seaside town. There are two trips each day. This makes it rather easy... More
