A huge fan of Jameson whiskey for many years , it was only fare that I would travel from Greece and visit the distilery in Midleton.Words are few to describe the feelings and comfort that the whole experience was!! The staff, the tour, the tasting that the entire group had(20 plus people), the gift (oh yes) that some staff member... More

this was a place we went to for our rain day. The tour gives you a good understanding of how whisky is made and why Irish whisky tastes different from others. If you want the opportunity to compare different types of whisky volunteer when they ask for them on the tour. The tasting at the end is nice and the... More

Myself and a friend done this tour as part of our tour of all the distilleries in Ireland. I have to say I was extremely impressed by the tour content and the staff. Having done the Dublin experience on several occasions I would recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys whiskey or the history of the area.

As a former employee of Irish Distillers Midleton I would recommend a visit to the Jameson Experience. You would be brought from the start of the brewing process, to the distilling and warehousing of the finished product, by very knowledgeable tour guides. This is a must for visitors to the Midleton area. Yours in "Spirit" Michael.

Visited the distillery last Monday and went on the tour. It was a cold day so make sure you have a warm coat and gloves on as most of this tour is outdoor. The guide was very good with lots of information about the distillery and whiskey making. At the end we get to sample three different whiskeys. Everybody gathered... More

Went to the Jameson Experience recently with my (non whiskey drinking) wife, was a very interesting tour with a knowledgeable guide. Very welcome free sample at the end ( it was a very cold day!). Excellent restaurant/ café at Jameson as well and well stocked gift shop for whiskies , merchandise etc.. Well worth a visit, even if only for... More

A birthday treat for my father-in-law which makes our review a little biased initially as he is partial to the odd Jameson. To be honest, we have a complete range of opinions as my wife & mother-in-law are both non-whiskey drinkers & I enjoy a glass or two! We arrived just after a tour had started and so had to... More

Had a great afternoon being shown around The Jameson Distillery in Midleton a few weeks ago with my husband and two sons. Our tour guide, Ursula, was a lovely pleasant lady who made the tour very interesting. She gave everyone plenty of her time answering questions etc.. Afterwards we were given a free Jameson and we also took part in... More
