A birthday treat for my father-in-law which makes our review a little biased initially as he is partial to the odd Jameson. To be honest, we have a complete range of opinions as my wife & mother-in-law are both non-whiskey drinkers & I enjoy a glass or two! We arrived just after a tour had started and so had to... More

Had a great afternoon being shown around The Jameson Distillery in Midleton a few weeks ago with my husband and two sons. Our tour guide, Ursula, was a lovely pleasant lady who made the tour very interesting. She gave everyone plenty of her time answering questions etc.. Afterwards we were given a free Jameson and we also took part in... More

Guide was very knowledgeable and explained the whole whiskey process perfectly. Left with plenty of knowledge. Given a nice 6yr Jameson at the end and a number of samples. Excellent tour!

I've been to a few whiskey attractions over the years but this one is defintely the best. You get to walk all around the beautiful old distillery buildings and see where all the stages of whiskey making were carried out. It's not a long tour so you've no chance of getting bored. At the end they look for volunteers to... More

Great tour to see how Irish whiskey is made. There is a restaurant on site that serves good quality food. The whiskey comparison at the end of your tour is fun. Would go back, especially since this is a stop on the Irish Whiskey Trail.

This was way better than I expected. Good mix of sights, info and whiskey. Brian, the guide, was excellent - funny, knowledgeable and had exactly the right pace. We ranged from a 16 year old to a teetotal grandad and we all reckoned this was the best attraction we'd been to in a while. My 20 year old did the... More

What a fun excursion and when they call it "The Jameson Experience", it is truly an experience and so fun to boot! Great learning experience and when they ask for volunteers to do the tasting, raise your hand!!! I did it and it was so fun!

After going to both the Jameson Factory in Dublin and in Midleton, I would only suggest going to this one! Tour guide was very knowledgeable and the facility was much larger and there were many more original aspects. One thing is that most of the tour takes place outside or in unheated buildings so dress warm during the winter!
