What a fantastic attraction, so peaceful, donkey's are the most fantastic animals and these ones in Liscarroll are the friendliest that I have come across. All looking for more attention than the next! The walks around the sanctuary are just fantastic!

This place is a piece of paradise for these fantastic donkeys. I cannot wait to go back and adopt one. They are so well cared for and friendly. One of them kept braying at me and I rubbed her loads and when I stopped she was back braying again. Was hard to walk away then! There was babies there also... More

I love their temperament, these donkeys act like they are on holiday. They’re so funny, friendly and sweet, they love to have you scratch their ears and kiss their noses. They are well kept and the area is clean and a true pleasure, be sure to buy something from the gift shop as they don't charge to visit but these... More

Nice walk round on a sunny day. The children enjoyed the summer treasure hunt and patting the donkeys.

What a fabulous place. The donkies look so happy and healthy. The little shop is lovely, the lady behind the counter friendly and welcoming. The place is so clean and tidy. Love the plaques and benches in memory of people. There's a great little picnic area too. A lovely walk around all the paddocks. They do so much good work... More

A lovely place to visit. Very well kept and the staff are very friendly. Might suggest that they put in some sort of play area for kids but that is merely a suggestion. It is off that track slightly but well worth it. Something very relaxing about the place and lovely to see the donkeys been so well cared for.... More

This is a fabulous location and a place that I expect has lots of its visitors returning again and again. The staff are friendly and helpful. The walkways and views are spectacular, the grounds well maintained and the main residents 'the donkeys, mules and jennets' are a delight to meet. The animals look well cared for, appear happy and content... More
