You'll be rewarded with great views, lots of adventure for the kids and afterwards, you... More

We attended a wedding recently in Gougane Barra, it was the most romantic setting on a beautiful sunny day.

The church is charming, as mentioned by others, but the really treasure is the... More

This is a very lovely place and I was lucky enough to enjoy it on a beautiful, sunny day!; I visited with my boyfriend when we took a hiking trip during the Cork Walking festival and we had a great time, green hills, a nice view, a lake with a charming church in the middle of the lake, so cute!... Locals in the Ouvane Falls Inn recommended a visit. My parents walked some of the mapped out trails through the park, while I cycled the motorists route,... More

Well worth a visit, especially on a sunny day. The park has a number of walking routes; with varying levels of difficulty. St. Finbarr's Oratory is one of the most beautiful places in Ireland. You can avoid the car park charge in the park by leaving your car at the Gougane Barra Hotel or Cronins Bar (great for a soup... More
