Myself and the girls ventured to Dingle for New Years for a couple of days. We were unsure of places to go the first few nights, however we discovered Dick Macks on New Years Day and what a delight it was. It's exactly the place you want to bring people who are looking for a 'typical Irish pub', pints flowing,... More

Myself and 3 of my friends spent New Years in Dingle but only ventured into Dick Macks on the night of the 1st of January..we were not disappointed! The place was buzzing with people singing, dancing on tables and having the craic. I even got a go on a guitar during one particular singsong..and I can't even play! On the... More

The girls & I visited Dick Mack's while down in Dingle for a few days to celebrate New Year's Eve ! Our first night in this place was a little blurry, but the drinks were flowing, dancing on tables was happening and we got a sing song of "travelling soldier" going! It was right up our street... ! After a... More

Walked past and they were playing music, unfortunately walked on only to come back later to find thye music finished, but the atmosphere in the place is fantastic, everyone was friendly, the range of whiskies unbelievable and the lay out has to be seen to believe. Will definitely visit again.

Revisited DIngle to celebrate new years eve. I have very fond memories previously visiting DIck Macs, and wondered what it was like currently... My word, it's still as amazing as ever. The atmosphere is like being plugged into the mains electric. It's like nowhere on earth for me. This place is soo special, close to my heart, plus, traditional, funny, friendly.... More

Visited Dick Mack's on a quick visit to Dingle. We wanted to visit older traditional pubs. And Dick Mack's was perfect. Perfect pint of Guinness was enjoyed in the snug!

Dick Mack's is a historic pub that opened in 1899, in Dingle, County Kerry. It is a must see when driving through Dingle. The pub is located on a narrow street opposite a church. Parking can be challenging. Be sure to know the parking laws and ask a local if you are not sure. The pub has a "walk of... More
