I loved the aquarium but didn't have very high expectations because it is a little fishing village. WOW was I wrong!. They have a penguin tank, seahorses, touching tank. It was great fun and enjoyable. Also most places in Ireland have Senior rates, just ask. More

The aquarium has a great family atmosphere - a touching pool as well as an igloo where kids can "play" with penguins! More

I have been here several times over the years and I go especially to pet the skate in the touch pool. They are charming. I think it's a good value attraction though it isn't cheap. I wouldn't miss it. More

It's a fun day out..I enjoyed it years ago and still do..the highlight would probably be the sting ray tank where you can pet and see them up close...It's small but well worth seeing and enjoyable! More

Our first impression here was not good, no smile to greet us, the person on the desk appeared to have little interest in where they were working and our questions were met with one word answers or a point to the information board on the wall. The exhibits are lovely and feeding the penguins is a treat, however the longest... More

We visited this acquarium years ago before they had the penguins and shark tank. The shark comes right up to the glass obviously as interested in people watching as we are in shark spotting. The penguins are very active dashing and diving & there are some lovely colourful displays of tropical fish. More

A nice place to spend some hours if you have kids, you pay a day ticket, no other option, but you see that in half an hour if you are a couple of adults. It was very nice to interact with the ray... More

The price was expensive enough - 13euro - even though you can go in as many times as you want on one day. But watching the penguins made it worthwhile! More
