Interesting, but not a major attraction. It is really old, though. A nice walk to see the neighborhood.

Easy walking distance from town center. Very quiet and peaceful - there were no other travelers there when we visited.

The best part about this Stone Circle is that it is very well sign posted, all the way from the town to the actual stones. An amazing site (if you are into stone circles) and very well kept. We have visited many stone circles and similar attractions and this is one of the better ones due to location, up keep... More

We visited many stone circle and ring forts during our 1 week stay in Ireland. While this stone circle was very easy to get to and well maintained, I'm not sure it was worth the 2 euro price to see. If you have an opportunity to see any others for free (and there are many), you can skip this one... More

It was right outside our front door. Drove it and it was lovely. Saw lots of people going to stroll the stone circle.

I'm used to seeing stone circle in their rude and often wild setting, unadorned, unkempt. This stone circle is so civilised it even has its own floral displays on the manicured hedge-lined paths leading up to it. The grass inside and around it is pristeen! Despite this it still exudes an air of mystery and timelessness which fascinates. Worth the... More

This was a quiet, secluded little grassy area, where ancient stones are laid out in a circle, with one large stone in the centre. There's not much to see, but it allowed for a cool respite from the city's hot streets.

It was small, and they charged you to get in. Not much to see after we had seen many more larger sites in our journeys throughout the country.

Their ancient stone circle is one of the largest in Ireland. It is mysterious and beautifully geometric. It's in a peaceful setting, right on the edge of Kenmare. Lovely spot!

I had the great fortune to run into a lovely woman in town, Laura M, she told me I had to go to this spot, so I did. It was an easy walk and is interesting. Laura then actually found me and with a few minutes to spare took me on a little drive around Kenmare! She was the best... More
