We visited the farm on numerous occasions in 2014, including using several groupon coupons. I took my brother and sister in law (teenagers) on one occasion and they loved it too. Good range of animals, great play areas and good food. I also went for a horse riding lesson on one visit and it was great!

Had a really great time at the farm park, spent 4 hours walking round, playing on the many children's play areas and bouncing on the bouncy castle. The stag was magnificent, the Shetland ponies were adorable and the peacock was beautiful. The food served at the cafe was really good and there were proper children's menu options which didn't contain... More

Our two boys (ages 1 & 4) had a brilliant time. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to explain the jobs they were doing and involve the children wherever possible. The range of animals is great, with traditional farm animals supplemented by some more exotic species like meerkats and wallabies. Lots of play facilities to... More

Visited in March 2015. Happy to see there are a lot of new parts to the can like lovely new wooden play frames, bouncy castle etc. Really worth a visit for an afternoon. Just wish they'd keep the toilets a bit cleaner!! Looked like they'd not seen a mop in years!!!

My 2 children loved it, aged 3 and 18 months.. Plenty of play areas and the animals were really friendly. Looked well looked after. I've read some peoples terrible reviews on this place moaning about the conditions and paying an extra £1.00 for go carts.. The place is for children!!! Not adults.. Any child would love this place, the only... More

I took my two toddlers ages 2&3 and had a fantastic day. Lots of different play areas, really friendly and welcoming staff. We had a lovely lunch at the cafe. The animals appear well cared for and are friendly, all run up to you and enjoy fuss. The farm take on rescue animals and give work experience to people with... More

Our first visit to this park even though we are regular visitors to nearby Matlock Bath and Matlock Town. Got a Groupon offer so thought we`d give it a go. `Overall it does need some TLC in places and we have been to better farm parks but the kids seemed to enjoy it.` Although the park is relatively small I...
