Fabulous stately home in a magnificent setting. House and grounds were superb, enjoyed our lunch there as well. Highly recommended.

I took my Mum for her birthday, and my Nan and 5 month old Son. Cost £22 each for tickets. £3 parking. On arrival I was told I couldnt bring the pram into the house. If I had known this in advance we would not have attended at all! Staff took the pram off me and gave me a carry... More

As someone who has literally grown up in Derbyshire, I can safely say, there is no more beautiful, magical place in the world. I completely adore Chatsworth and have spent most of my time growing up, wandering the grounds, playing in the gardens and picnicing at the hunting tower. There is no place I would rather spend my time quite... More

Just returned from a four day stay at Russian Cottage which is owned and managed by Chatsworth. The cottage is up a mile long track and has fantastic views. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, lovely kitchen and utility room and comfy sitting room with log fire. The cottage, although not cheap to book is a fantastic place to stay if you... More

I've been visiting Chatsworth for many years now and there will always be a special place in my heart for it. From being a teenager visiting the country fair with my dad and then being involved in the fair itself for a number of years, it's a place I now love to revisit whenever I get the chance. The estate... More

I suppose it is like Living in San Antonio and driving past the Alamo on the way to work on the Riverwalk each day, right? During the visit,... More
