This is a small but perfectly formed Italian style garden. The Wisteria was perfect in every way. Enjoy

Nestling in the bottom of the Ouse river valley near Bath, the garden at Iford is wonderful. Approached from the winding single track lane (off the Bath road) you reach the valley bottom and the house and river bridge before it come into view. Stunning location, a collection of old stone houses sit round the manor, which sits directly opposite... More

I have been to this place a few times and the first time there reminded me the paradise! This is one of the most beautiful and peaceful places in the south west. It is definitely worth of a visit.

This garden is a must if you are nearby Bradford-on-Avon. The garden is huge and beautiful. Perfect place to spend a relaxing afternoon. There are flowers, statues and columns everywhere. It's italian design, what you probably wouldn't expect in England and makes a pleasant surprise.

The gardens are delightful, with many statues and a varied plant layout. If you do go, don't miss a cream tea, the fruit cake is delicious and cream, scones and tea are always welcome. as a bonus there was a string trio playing

A lovely garden only open a few days per week from 2pm - 5pm. We saw it through the Gardener's World 2-for-1 garden booklet and as we were in Bradford-upon-Avon took the opportunity to visit. The garden is built up a hillside with different terraces, statuary, ponds, herbaceous planting. It is set in a beautiful valley with surrounding fields and... More
