We recently too k the kids to Longleat near Bath. The kids loved it, particularly the monkey enclosure, were the monkeys actually come onto the cars. I was impressed with the number and types of animals on show including several black Rhino. Longleat is a special place and its very obvious that the animals are really well cared for, the... More

We visited Longleat on the 28th May It was an unforgettable day out. The staff were ALL really friendly and helpful, there was so much to do and something for anyone 1-100 years old! My five year old daughter has been talking about Longleat all week and we cant wait to return later this year.

We all had a good day here. We went thought the safari park first. The monkeys were as we expected, they should try to train them to work at Kwikfit they are so fast at stripping parts off cars. All the other animals were out and about so that was good. We also fed the deer with the feed you... More

Nearly turned round at the gate when we saw it was £30 each to get in, but pleased we didn't. Cost involves entry to everything. We didn't allow ourselves enough time to look round the house, but the gardens were very pretty and well tended. The best part of the tour of course were the animals. The wildlife safari was... If you want to have an Amazing day out visit Longleat Safari Park in Wiltshire. I visited this attraction yet again last July 2012 for the umpteenth time as I love visiting time & time again. I went to see Annie the Elephant & the Cheetahs. Unfortunately I was not able to see the new group of Gorillas as they... More

We booked Longleat in advance using Tesco vouchers. This meant that we had to book the exact day we were going, though was certainly worth the huge difference in price (currently £8 worth of vouchers will get you a 1 day ticket). We had to miss a lot as the terrible weather (and the nasty traffic in Bath) meant we... More

We had a great time at Longleat. Got a good deal booking tickets in advance and arrived shortly after opening, a bit surprised by the queues already forming to get into the site. We were advised to do the attractions and house first and the Safari park when leaving. We were a bit unsure about this as we planned to... More

Buy your tickets in advance to get cheaper rates or we received a 30% discount with the holiday letting place that we stayed at. Arrive early before 10.00am and book your ticket for the bus Safari in the main square.(£4.00 per person) If you don't want your car ripping to pieces by dedicated gangs of monkeys then this is probably... We really enjoyed our day here. It is pricey, but most family days out are unfortunately. We took a packed lunch to avoid busy reataurants. Excellent surroundings and bonus events like feeding the giraffes ( although price of a single lettuce leaf a bit silly!) Lions and tigers were up and about and quite active while we drove through which... More
