This bar has changed little in my lifetime which is it's charm. Somewhere to come home to, to see old friends and make new ones. The character is all Frank even though he has now retired and his sons carry on. No mod cons, no wifi, no pub grub. If you start near the bar and keep your eyes peeled... More

If you like a friendly, traditional local then this is the one for you. It also gets a bonus point for serving the best Guinness in town.

We popped into this pub at lunchtime on our way through Limavardy and received a hearty welcome from Gary and the locals. We were impressed to see that it hadnt been modernised and retained many original features such as the old machine used for bottling the Guiness. Coming from London Id definitely recommend a visit to this pub if you are... More

Called in there in May 2015 with some friends, good lively and friendly atmosphere and a very traditional Irish pub. The locals all sit along a long bench that's between the bar and the front window - so when someone has to get up and "pay a visit" the whole bench has to stand up! The Guinness is lovely, well... Great bar and easily the best in limavady. Always busy and always welcoming. On the colder nights they'll keep the fire burning to heat you up wether your in for 1 or 20. The staff are friendly and efficient. The dribks are varied and anything ive had from the tap is how it should be (no flat beers here) .... More

Went here on Christmas Eve with Family. The atmosphere was Great , the crac was Mighty and the Guinness is not bad either. The place was very busy and the service was excellent. Gary and the staff have always time to talk to you. Been here to for the Jazz and Blues festival in June and I would recommend it.
