Ragley has been, and remains, the family home of the Marquess and Marchioness of Hertford and manages to retain it’s family charm despite the thousands of people who visit each year. The House itself stands majestically in well-maintained formal gardens within beautiful ‘Capability’ Brown parkland. As well as being architecturally stunning, the Stables house an impressive collection of carriages really bringing to mind the extravagance of times past. The Adventure Playground provides a challenging experience, which includes the 3D maze, climbing frames, trampoline and swings – all in a safe and supervised environment. For the more energetic, we recommend the Woodland Walk, a journey through Ragley’s 400 acres of picturesque parkland and woods. At some point on your visit you are bound to see at least one of the fascinating sculptures scattered around the estate – these are an accession to Ragley from the Montgomery Trust. As well as being a great family day out, Ragley is the ideal venue for many corporate events with several rooms available for seminars, dinners and meetings. Ragley also plays host to weddings, celebrations and charity events. « less

Lovely grounds and facilities. Didn't visit the house on this occasion, but will be back. Great experience for my 11 year old nephew.

What a poor Food Festival at Ragley Hall last Sunday - overpriced, few food samples and lots of fried food. The Great British Food Festival that organises these events nationwide need to re-think this type of event if it is to continue. Admission at £7.50 - but to get what? - a tiny recipe book on arrival and little else.... More

We had a great time last weekend at Ragley, the halls lakeside was a lovely setting. I thought it was great value and ended up being a full day out - we were really impressed with the stalls in side, had a tasty burger and a drink on the field overlooking the lake, went to see chef demos and we... Visited Ragley Hall yesterday as they were hosting the great British food festival.Didn't bode well on arrival as there was a very loud band playing.Didn't bother going to the demo tent,we couldn't hear it! .Too many trade stalls selling non food related stuff and too many of the same stalls,I.e cheese and fudge. If you wanted an ostrich burger it was... Went today, Saturday 13 September, to the Food Festival at Ragley Hall. Luckily, like most, I'd purchased a voucher for two people at £8:00. Normal entry price = £7:50 each. Expected something more professional than two marquee and a number of small individual stands. Appreciate a number of the products on offer were of good quality, hand made etc, which... More

Pleasant gardens to stroll round and the adventure playground looks good fun so we'll probably go back and take the grandchildren. We did the house tour which has to be the most boring tour I have ever been on. I am a National Trust member so have an interest in stately homes but this tour took an hour and was... More

Bought tickets for my mum for their battle prom - it was absolutely fantastic, you need to get there early but the facilities were brilliant and the entertainment throughout the day was fantastic. I didn't want to go home
