Welcome to Ragley; the family home of the 9th Marquess and Marchioness of Hertford and their children. If a fun family day out is what you're looking for then Ragley Hall, Park & Gardens really does have something for everyone! Children of all ages will be entertained for hours within our Adventure Wood and 3D maze and with boating on Ragley Lake, an 'Artist in Residence' and a Woodland Walk; it's easy to see why Ragley is one of Warwickshire's most popular family days out. If gardens are your passion then you just have to explore Ragley Gardens! The 10 hectares of 'Capability' Brown gardens surrounding Ragley Hall are diverse and display a spectacular array of snowdrops in the winter, tulips and daffodils in the spring and a Rose Garden and Prairie Garden throughout the summer months. Looks like the family know how to manage a country estate in the 21st century – there must be something going on at Ragley Hall for everybody, virtually all the time. The day we went to visit the house there was a well-attended dog show in the grounds and if you look at Ragley Hall website you’ll see many family... More

Just as we arrived, the adventure playground was declared out of bounds for health and safety reasons because of the rain. It would have been helpful if the people in the toll booth had explained the times of the guided tours because we arrived just as one tour was full up meaning that the next one was in an hour.... Ragley Hall and gardens are a great place to go with a family. The adventure park is also great, my only problem is that every time we have visited, the house is closed but the price stays the same. £28 to play in a park and look around gardens is steep. If the house is open then I see the... More

My wife, daughter and I, together with our two grandsons, enjoyed a lovely warm Saturday here last weekend. The house, although majestic and imposing externally can only be viewed inside as part of a guided tour. I would have loved to have done this, but ran out of time as they were closing early for the "Battle Proms" celebrations that... More

Ragley Hall hosted one of the 6 Battle Proms concerts that have been held during the Summer. This was the final concert of the season and was a wonderful experience. We arrived at about 3.15 in the afternoon, gates opened at 4pm and we picked our picnic spot right in front of the main stage. To commemorate 200 years since... More

Lovely day out at Ragley Hall today. Spur of the moment decision & glad we did. The house tour was great.. A lovely house & so much history. The grounds & gardens are beautiful & the park / adventure playground is brilliant for active kids. Planning my next visit to the food festival😀

Ragley Hall is a special place , The gardens are lovely and the house is very interesting . Tours of the house fill up quickly but are well worth any wait , the rooms are well presented having some spectacular ceilings to see and a spectacular dining room . Seating on the veranda at the back of the house is... More

If you want to go to an outdoor summer proms concert then this one certainly packs a punch. We have been going with some friends for the last four years and it never ceases to impress us and move us to tears! Everything is well laid out and the programme of events this year included the RAF Falcons Parachute Display... More

Great day out. A very beautiful estate. However, we had a coffee the size of an egg cup, very stingy.
