It's a real shame that Carrickfergus doesn't spruce up a bit. This place is dreary and depressing, and that's how I'd sum Carrickfergus up in general. Cafe is bleak and unexciting, a few stale scones and a scowl or too is all that's on offer here. Shame, so much could be improved.
