Growing up in Carnarthen my image of this building is if it being boarded up. It's do nice to see it being used and in such a thoughtful way.

This gallery is really worth a visit. It's at the top end of King St opposite St Peters Church, but is OFF King St - which may explain why people haven't found it. Check website for exhibitions & events. Great little shop too - best cards!

Wander from the busy new part of Carmarthen to King st where all the interesting independant shops are. This is quite hard to find but has a small shop of jewellery pottery etc. definately different

Tried to find this place in Carmarthen the sign pointed to Bridge Street where the Guildhall is. So we asked the Tourist Information who directed us to King Street. Never found it not well signed at all.

Ever changing displays of local artworks and crafts make this a venue worth visiting at any time of the year. The staff are polite and helpful but not obtrusive. The little shop also sells items from local crafts people and books too. They also run classes in holiday periods. Highly recommended

This centre is a delight and a very pleasant way to spend some time out from your shopping! Very convenient to the centre of Carmarthen, there are some very unique items for sale and some very varied pieces of art. Service is very pleasant and the Manager had plenty of time to offer suggestions on the articles for sale. Highly... More

I love visiting Oriel Myrddin. Real hideaway. Lovely little shop with unusual art/jewellery. Definitely worth a visit for some time out.
