Had a couple of lessons at the academy with Gregory. Unbelievable, he was totally brilliant, had great patience, which is needed for a beginner. I will return !!

I’ve been to Maui three times prior to this summer 2014 trip and NEVER played Kapalua! This “bucket list course” sure caught my attention this time around. Conditions were great, staff at the course was top-notch, and the day was almost perfect. My drives went a mile, just like on TV! I only had two complaints- greens were rock-hard that... More

Have played other just as nice courses for much less money. Enjoyed king kamehameha for less money and more beautiful. Booked tee time through Hawaii tee times even though it is a private course. Played on Monday and pretty much had the course to ourselves.

They do a deal past 2pm, juniors free..I played solo and flew around front none which offers great holes, 4-6..you'll love the par 3 over the cliffs.. Or the dog leg left 4th out to sea..back nine has some challenging undulating and blind holes as well, more forgiving and I though easier than plantation course plus way cheaper..won't put you... We played the Bay Course at 1 p.m. It was a beautiful but warm day by Kapalua standards. We were paired with two nice men and the round took us a little over 4 hours to complete. That was not bad for a resort course. The course is ...of course ....beautiful with sweeping views of the ocean and islands. The... More

Worth the money for the experience. Awesome Views! My husband loved this place and staff was very friendly. They also give you an engraved bag tag with a round! I just drove him around that day, had a lot of fun! Great breeze coming off the water!

I played the Bay Course twice this week and had a great golf experience. Most notably was the players assistant Dawn who took care of my clubs and bag coming and going. When I went into the clubhouse after my round she held my clubs and took me to my car in a cart. Great service and a smile the... More

I got to play the bay course after playing the plantation a couple years ago. This is a very nice place with very helpful staff. Everything was in great shape, except for my golf game which needs a little help. But it's a pretty forgiving place.

This course is challenging but fair. Enjoy the scenery, before you start your set up take the time to look around you. It is one of the most beautiful coastal courses I've ever seen. Winds picked on the back 9, gusts up to 20mph, which made things interesting. It was still a lot of fun. I can't wait to go... More

The Bay and Plantation courses are both fantastic. The Bay course is slightly more low key and has some gorgeous oceanside holes. The Plantation Course is more difficult, but higher elevations result in some stunning views. Both offer top notch golf experiences, so try both. Great course conditions and friendly staff. Mahalo!
